A key set of these initiatives involves the deployment of common administrative systems and shared business processes. The first of several major system implementations will be a common HR/Core and Payroll system for all of UCs nearly 200,000 employees. This position is expected to coordinate the gathering, loading & maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 configuration data for the remaining locations 8 locations not yet live on the UCPath system. This resource will be asked to own the following key tasks as it relates to the implementation project: Finalize scope of configuration elements to gather for each locations Develop and obtain support from campus location partners for plan to gather data elements Prepare data gathering tools, mechanisms, and methodology to track and implement configuration changes required support new campuses within the PeopleSoft HCM application Solicit and obtain support from UCPath Team members and campus location partners to participate in the collection, review, and sign-off of data configuration requirements and data Independently conduct and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders at multiple locations to gather data and resolve issues Matrix manage activities across functional and technical leads to ensure system configuration is updated to meet requirements Responsible for providing status on progress and issues, as well as defining and managing action plans to ensure issues are resolved effectively and quickly Manage the entry/load of configuration into an HCM GOLD configuration environment Prepare & execute configuration maintenance in HCM environment through go-live This position will work closely with campus representatives and existing HCM functional resources to manage gathering, entry & maintenance of configuration in the final configuration environment. Additionally, this position is expected to support testing phases of the implementation project. Job Requirement & Responsibilities Job Requirement: Seeking Configuration Coordinator who will play a critical role in current implementation of UCPath (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) project. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of HCM experience (PeopleSoft preferred).
