System goes live 1/1/2020 so the role will not be extended beyond Dec 2019. * Workday or similar HCM SaaS implementation experience as a leader and hands on executer * The Test Analyst will work closely with the Test Lead, Program Manager, and project team members to execute and manage the testing activities across the distinct project testing phases. * The Test Analyst will be responsible for the partnering with the Test Lead and execution testing to identify, reproduce, and report defects in software. * The Test Analyst will be responsible for co-creating an test plans i.e. End-to-End, User Acceptance, Service Rehearsal, and Cutover; * The Test Analyst will help socialize testing plans across all levels of the project effort; Executing the plan and managing all activities in the testing plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected. * The Test Analyst participates in the creation of the Test Strategy, co-creates the test plans for a project. Co-creates test scenarios and ensures traceability between requirements and test scenarios with project and business experts. Responsible for the execution of test cases, and facilitates/assists in defect resolution. Ensures that all test environments are created, available and stable for test execution (ex. test ids, test data). Provide project leadership with forecasting of defect and testing trends, communicate transition. o Refine and execute testing approach for the Workday tenants o Define the entrance and exit criteria requirements o Refine test scenarios o Assist testers execute test scenarios and identify defects o Facilitate testing sessions with testers o Execute the defect and testing issues management process o Gather test data and provide testing statistics o Develop and refine sustainable testing process for Workday after go-live * Collaborate with Test Lead and Program Manager * Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner and reporting progress * Continually seek ways to improve the process of effective and efficient testing activities * Assist in staffing projections to achieve timeline and successful outcomes * Manage testers during the appropriate activities   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
