Submission Deadline: 12/23/2019 2:00 PM CST Start Date: 1/13/2020 End Date: 12/31/2020 Client: Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) Description: Sample Tasks • Provide business process design, requirements, and functional specs for the respective PeopleSoft HCM and ELM modules, including driving all BA related project tasks, objectives and milestones. • Guide and direct functionality decisions related to the MMB business processes. • Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope • Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions • Perform configuration and security analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and ELM related functionality • Help guide test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation • Help guide interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations • Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles • Create, document and track issues and resolution • Create input for communication and change management • Provide detailed analysis and input to training material • Provide input and review of complex system modifications • Complete functional specification documentation per standards • Review and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendations • Review and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendations • Review and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendations • Provide knowledge transfer to State staff • Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • 6 years combined experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) business analyst roles; • 2 years experience with People Tools 8.54 or higher; • 2 years combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher; • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Desired Skills • Experience with PeopleSoft v9.2 project(s) deployed on People Tools 8.57 in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education); • Experience with Fluid User Interface / Branding; • Experience with PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal); • Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education); • Experience working with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM and Oracle OBIEE; • Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
