Position is remote until COVID ends. Onsite in Austin is expected once safe. The Peoplesoft Quality Assurance Automation Engineer manages end-to-end product or solution testing, from establishing test frameworks to executing tests to reporting results and facilitating bug resolution. 4 positions available. 2 focused on Peoplesoft HCM/ELM, and 1 focused on PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Must have the PeopleSoft module experience. Must have 5 years Agile experience Must have experience in at least 2 upgrade projects Creates test cases, designs and writes automated tests, executes tests, reports results and metrics, facilitates in-depth bug investigations, and assists in the review of software development processes to improve quality. Maintains the breadth of technical skills and capabilities to deliver complete testing solutions from scratch, including technologies and tools prescribed in work authorizations and those necessary to provide complete product or solution testing. Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent communicator, productively managing relationships across product owners, scrum masters, and developers. Collaborates to deliver solutions, as a team player with an agile mindset, skilled in principles and practices. Participates in project meetings and rituals, and leads them as needed. Freely provides expertise and knowledge in support of solution architecture, team (or testing) estimates, issue and roadblock resolution.
