Developing sector knowledge is of foremost importance for all Business Analysts. Technical analysts can specialize in ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD). Functional analysts can specialize in Strategy Execution, Business Process Transformation or Change Management. Required Skills and Experience: You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration. Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelors Degree. Certification: Acquire BA Level 1. Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Package Configuration and Change Management. Should have baseline skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge. As an Oracle HCM Senior Functional Analyst you will be responsible leading certain aspects of the human resources value stream within the EBS suite of applications. This entails providing full lifecycle functional aspects of deploying specific HCM module(s) of a given project. Some of the key responsibilities include: planning/executing functional workshops requirements definition gap identification and disposition functional specifications writing for gaps module configuration functional test plans cutover and stabilization plans identifying, communicating and managing scope creep adherence to Capgemini industry acceleration techniques and leveraging of standard functionality where possible planning to and achieving project milestone requirements In addition to leveraging your HCM experience you will work with client representatives and other program teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely definition, development, and delivery of all respective module(s) you are assigned to delivery. Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: Superb written, verbal listening communication skills Significant consulting/client facing experience Outstanding teamwork skills Keen attention to detail Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities REQUIRED: At least 5 years of overall Oracle HCM implementation experience Strong skills in designing, configuring and testing Compensation plan using Oracle CWB.
