Job Description: 5-10 years experience working with documentation in a fast pace agile environment with specific automation intelligence experience. Will be apart of a two year transformation journey and will interface the business units to document the current process and work with the technical team to create future processes. Will be apart of an RPA project, taking processes and working to automate them. Strong business requirements documentation skills, functional requirements, and user stories experience. Technical background in AI or Machine Learning is desired but not required. Will work in a fast pace environment practicing Agile. Position Requirements: 5 to 10 years experience as a Business Analyst, with specific automation intelligence experience Hands on, strong RPA experience. Able to provide guidance and assistance around the technology. Working experience with Jira and Visio Experience with SQL or BI tools would be a plus, not required. Knowledge of HIPAA is nice to have. Experience working in healthcare Industry is desired, not required. Work closely with developers on innovation POCs and POVs Ramp Up quickly on new technologies such as RPA, ChatBots, VoiceBots and Machine Learning.
