The Project Analyst PMO II (HP Central Lead) drives the Ohio Account team in assisting with identifying, documenting, coordinating, and monitoring project changes, decisions, actions, issues, risks, and supports the Account Leadership in supporting the project, executive level project controls and executive reporting needs. Project Analyst Role Expectations: Assist in defining and registering issues and their impact to the project. Inform the Account Leadership of project risks. Assist in administering project and contract change control by: Maintaining the change control log Facilitating change control meetings Coordinating changes throughout the change process specific to vendor management, contract management, invoice reconciliation/approvals, and purchase order acquisitions Perform Records Management for the STARS account. Prepare Weekly Steering Committee Agenda/Minutes and slides. Under guidance of Account Executive, update monthly financial reports such as Full Life Model (FLM), Account Plan Template (APT) for financial forecasting, and any other upon demand reports for review and approval by the Account Executive. Assist with the recruiting of internal and external candidates when openings arise. This may involve: coordinating the interview process all the way through on-boarding.
