Matrix APIs (CloudSystem Matrix as a cloud provider for CSA) Required tasks: Post CloudSystem Matrix troubleshooting including liaising with the TS Cloud Technical Center of Excellence (COE) virtual support team; Liaising with other TSC subject matter experts (SMEs) for the purposes of supporting the Deutsche Bank CloudSystem Matrix environment; Working with the CloudSystem Matrix: o HPIO HP Insight Orchestration; o LSM Logical Server Management; o SPM Storage Provisioning Manager; o IC Insight Control; o VCEM Virtual Connect Enterprise Manager; and o MRM Matrix Recovery Manager; Limited assistance based on technical ability: o HPSA, CSA, OO; o Liaise with R&D; and The workload will be delivered by the assigned TSC resource during the MOU Term.
