Job Description Architect: HRMS, Web Logic, Oracel Database, Implementation

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on new HRMS hardware.
Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, Oracle database) for new HRMS required environments with latest technology stack
Provide technical direction to meet business needs
Work with other agencies and technical support teams in the pursuit of technically excellent solutions
Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction
Research, resolve, and test configurations
Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications
Support the HRMS project as required."

Mandatory Qualifications:

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 months experience analyzing business needs, designing, and developing solutions for Oracle Applications and Databases.
84 months of full-time experience as a team lead/architect working with Oracle application-based systems and contributing to customization, architecture, infrastructure, middleware, and application development.
36 months experience in Oracles PeopleSoft HCM 9 or higher Administration, duties include installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, maintaining process scheduler, web domains, Application domains, monitor batch jobs and perform code migrations in a Unix environment.
84 months experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) : Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions environment, SQL, PL/SQL, workflows, forms, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and other technologies within Oracle.
36 months experience utilizing Oracle PeopleSoft
to integrate with other 3rd party systems.
36 months experience utilizing PeopleSoft People tools 8.5 or higher: including Application Designer and Query Manager.
12 months experience with Elastic Search for PeopleSoft.
84 months experience providing Oracle Database Administration activities
An Oracle Peoplesoft and/or Oracle Database Certificate is preferred.
