E. Description of the requested work, including deliverables and knowledge transfer
• Returning PSC electronic filing applications to full and proper operations when events, failures or modification in network operations cause the system to no longer operate properly.
• Modification to web based application that improves system and/or operational efficiency.
• Prepare documentation of problems resolved, their cause and solution and document any modifications that improve system and/or operational efficiency.
• Update software versions as needed to assure reliable and secure operations.


F. Any specific regulations, requirements or expertise applicable, including specific background/security checks required.
The person must possess the following experience:

• Hands on PHP and Perl coding experience – minimum four years
• Two or more years of experience with MySQL and Apache
• At least two years of experience developing web sites with XHTML/CSS
• Windows Server Environment – at least 4 years
