Job Description Developer: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net 2.0 .Net 3.5 Visual Studio 2005 C#

Description:

Client is looking for two Systems Developers, who will work under general direction and in a team environment and will perform challenging assignments to select, build, evaluate, and support computer systems. This position generally supervises/leads other System Developers.

Job responsibilities:

Performs Business Analysis; diagrams business processes, documents requirements, and designs solutions to business needs;
Selects, designs, installs, tests, and maintains computer applications, services, and interfaces;
Designs and normalizes data according to best practices;
Serves as a technical expert in designing, coding, and interfacing systems;
Collaborates with internal and external customers and resources;
Plans and coordinates projects;
Evaluates COTS software packages and SaaS as business solutions;
Provides reports and project status as required;
Compile systems documentation based on templates;
Guides, trains, and reviews the work of other developers;

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in computer systems analysis and design including supervisory experience;
· 4+ years experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net 2 to 3.5, Visual Studio 2005 to 2010, C#, ASP.Net,WCF, Web Services, T-SQL/PLSQL;
· Solid experience with programming (including n-tier architecture), testing, problem solving, database design, business analysis, and project management;
· Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and mobile application development is a plus;
· Project Management experience; PM Practitioners Certification a plus;
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
· Ability to coordinate work of diverse group of people to achieve goals;
· Proven leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute assignments effectively;
· Time management skills;
· The candidate should possess bachelor level degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration or related field;

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience with local government applications;
