Job Description : Reporting to the Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Intranet & Digital Experience Service Manager, the Intranet and Digital Consultant contractor will join the team for 8 months to provide subject matter expertise on information architecture, access management, and SharePoint 2016. He / she will be key to the digital success of our WIM businesses and responsible for end-to-end support across all aspects, including support to business strategies, needs assessment, research and analysis, common and custom solutions delivery. Job role includes: Immediate needs Monitor request queues and provide responses to business partners or route issues for appropriate resolution Provide training and consultation to business partners in order to help them be successful in managing sites and content Provide daily publishing support for WIM Communications partners Deliver new sites or solutions in accordance with the WIM intranet site build and configuration processes Consult with intranet remediation efforts Help maintain Master Inventory List of intranet sites Adobe Analytics support Ongoing needs in 2019 Assist in updating access management of more than 100 SharePoint sites to the new Roles & Responsibility Model Help develop and conduct Content Manager training Assist in organization and clean up of WIM Intranet & Digital Experience Team Site and Publishing Resource Center Conduct business testing (UAT, Mobile, BCP), including test strategies, test cases, scripts, reporting and managing the test plan to timely completion with business partners Log defects Participate in process development, supporting materials documentation, and the delivery of reporting Facilitate Proof of Concepts REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting Experience building and managing sites using Microsoft SharePoint versions 2013 and 2016 Experience providing support and communicating to non-technical users on technical subjects OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using HTML and high level understanding of CSS Experience managing and executing business testing (user acceptance testing and production validation) Experience with content strategy, information architecture and web usability concepts Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 site administration interface Familiarity with web analytics, web design or user experience Experience writing requirements (user story and waterfall)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
