Job Description Developer: ASP.Net, C#, HTML, Javascript JQuery Sharepoint Designer SQ

Experis, a Manpower company, is actively seeking a SQL/SharePoint Developer for an immediate opportunity in Houston, TX.

Our West Houston client has an immediate need for a SQL/ SharePoint Developer capable of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The selected individual will be responsible for approximately 60% SQL development (stored procedures, triggers, views, etc) and 40% SharePoint development (C#, ASP.NET, web parts, etc),


Required Skills:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
C# (5+ years) / ASP.Net (3+ years)
HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting as well as knowledge of software testing practices such as unit testing, regression testing, performance testing, etc

Required SQL background:
3+ years SQL Server 2005/08
Experience with SQL design including creating tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, functions, indexes and other database objects
SQL Trace, Query Optimization Reviews, Performance Tuning/troubleshooting


Required SharePoint background:
Strong SharePoint Designer 2010 experience
Solid understanding of SharePoint administration and security configuration
Experience creating out-of-the-box solutions to customize or enhance SharePoint features and functionality

Additional skills, preferred:
IIS 6/7
HTTP Analyzer / Fiddler
Redgate ANTS or similar tool
