Assist in identification and preparation of test data that helps the customer group support testing of specific conditions. Modify and retest application programs based upon customer identification of system test incident reports. • Support customer training – Where appropriate and necessary, assist the customer in preparation of training by developing training data and a mechanism to refresh data in the training environment. • Support implementation – Provide technical support during the promotion of application releases to production. • Provide post implementation support – Provide support of production system incidents. • Keep a detailed timesheet showing all work performed by Service Request number and title or work assignment title broken down to the quarter hour. Invoices will be based on hours worked which will be accurately reflected in corresponding timesheets for each pay period. • Provide status reporting –Provide input or feedback to the manager, technical lead, customers and other team members. Provide weekly written status reports describing progress on assigned service requests or problem calls, planned tasks, and potential issues. • Prepare documentation – Provide documentation of changes and enhancement at L&Is request. Required Technical Experience for Category 15: • Strong knowledge of the .Net Framework Class Libraries • Experience with application development in ASP.NET; VB.NET and VS.NET • Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 or higher • Team Foundation Server in and Enterprise environment • Experience with ASP.NET web forms, base controls, user controls, server controls, custom controls • Experience using HTML and Javascript • Experience developing mainframe applications and .NET components that interface with web applications through messaging technologies. • Experience in developing enterprise class applications. • Experience in n-tier software architecture and development. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management. • Systems Analysis, Design and Development in Windows • Experience in Object Oriented Design • Experience in N-Tier software architecture and development Desirable Technical Experience: • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture • Experience using Crystal Reports for report generation • Experience integrating/implementing outbound correspondence systems • Experience with secure file transfer • Experience with Web Services/Remoting. • Experience with XML. • Experience working in a cross project or cross team development environment. • Experience with development methodologies and use cases. • Familia   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
