Requirements: • Excellent communication skills for gathering functional and technical knowledge to create deliverables. • Previous experience working with business analysts in designing and implementing system training for end users. • Possess excellent intuition as to how to design and implement documented help to non-technical users. • Quick learner/self-starter in understanding the target system to be documented • Experience designing and implementing online help documentation using standard web design strategies e.g. hyperlinks, online visual aids, computer-based training interactive screens, etc. • Basic working knowledge of HTML and ability to convert documentation to HTML. • Proficiency in industry standard documentation and graphics tools e.g. MS Office, Adobe products, etc. • Demonstrated experience in documenting web-based applications through presented previous work samples.
