Job Responsibilities: Responsible for defining business and data requirements of large Application Services development program, specifically in the Big Data and Data Warehouse space Responsible for defining data mapping and lineage strategy Define effective business requirements to address the client requirements and in line with the technology implementation Work with senior team members such as Solution, ETL Architects, Developers, QA etc to carry out the development Provide guidance to developers in resolve technical issues that may require changing business requirements Review the design and test scenarios to ensure requirements are met Support the development and testing effort Basic Requirements: US Computer science graduate or undergraduate degree or equivalent with 6+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in Requirements gathering and definition Experience in defining requirements for large scale enterprise applications for internal or external customers preferably in the financial services industry Experience in defining data requirements and mapping for large scale enterprise applications using BigData open source solutions such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and Elastic Search Good understanding of clients business problems and ability to define effective business requirements leading to a high quality technical implementation understanding various system constraints and functional / non-functional requirements Experience working with non-relational DBs Knowledge of Agile principles, with experience in scrums, implementing user stories, writing design specifications Knowledge of Financial Services domain Track record of working within a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment Exceptional collaboration skills, within function and across peer stakeholders internal to NTT DATA and also within client organizations Demonstrate excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) Preferred Qualifications: Understanding or experience with delivering near real time application Knowledge of ETL, data quality, data integration using tools such as Informatica and Ab Initio Knowledge of SQL and usage of one or more of these DBs: Oracle, MySQL, Teradata Knowledge of Machine Learning & Data Science   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
