Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. Typically has more experience than SW Designer II.Typically a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and a minimum of 4-6 years related experience or equivalent or a Masters degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience or equivalent.
