Azure/Java/API experience in DevOps model. Heralthcare background with experience in data standards like FHIR, HL7. What does the team make-up look like – how many members and what is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)? Team includes 1 PO, 3-4 DevOps engineers, 1-2 Quality Engineers . Skills include Java, JSON, Health care data standards, API, Azure What skills/attributes are nice to have? Healthcare experience, infrastructure experience using TerraForm What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 7:30 am CST – 4 pm CST. There might be situations where some customer meeting can run into 5 pm CST. What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? b. Video vs. phone? c. How technical will the interviews be? 2-3 rounds via video/phone.
