Potentially. We can send them. Req will have to go through approval process again but definitely share what we are finding. Prime is invested in FHIR long term. Still working on getting everyone onboard. This year was lots of hand holding/guiding/explaining/etc. This person may need to do some of that as well. Soft skills important. Need to be able to lead and speak in front of several different teams. FHIR is the interface for all APIs. Prime has a large initiative to create APIs for external clients to interface with through FHIR. This person needs to understand how APIs work. In between a high-level enterprise architect and mid level hands on resource. They need to be hands on, but also need to be the SME in this space and speak high level. Must Haves -API mgmt. experience with FHIR -Data architecture and data modeling PBM experience is not must have, but definitely healthcare. FHIR is specific to healthcare so they will definitely have a few years of healthcare experience using FHIR. Start date? Asap. Want to move quickly Interview Process -One phone screen with Murad. Then a longer 2nd round with his boss and another hour or so with the App Dev team they will work with -Architect will interact with several teams so need to make sure everyone is aligned Team: This position is in the Enterprise Architecture organization and will report to the Enterprise Integration Architect. Purpose: We are looking for a technical architect to assist the Enterprise Integration Architect with the following Enterprise and Domain architecture needs: HL7 FHIR definitions and implementations specifically with HL7 FHIR Level 4 domains of Medications and Financials Health Care Informatics Information Architecture and Data Modeling Integration Architecture specially APIs and Interoperability of FHIR APIs Health Care privacy standards (HIPPA) implementation with API security architecture and standards (OAuth, OpenID, etc.) Communicate FHIR solutions and present effectively to business and IT stakeholders to gain consensus Create conceptual and detail architecture for APIs using FHIR resources Value Proposition/Selling Points (Market place advantages): Client is adopting HL7 FHIR as the standard for exchanging data through APIs. Client is refactoring our current APIs to FHIR and using FHIR as the interface for all externally consumed APIs.
