Complete Description: Scope of Work: 1.Manage master project plan and developing new project plans 2.Develop Operational policy and procedures 3.Assist Project Director with operational deployment 4.Develop status reporting and annual reports 5.Manage assigned deliverables such as procurements or stakeholder events 6.Participate in ONC Communities of Practice, as directed 7.Assist Project Director with temporary staff 8.Monitor ONCs collaboration site and distributing information 9.Support and participate in stakeholder activities as directed Description: 1.No less than 10 years professional experience in health care (Required) 2.Project plan development and software skill set (identifying tasks, issues, risks, and inter-dependencies in Microsoft Project) (Required) 3.Experience developing operational plans, policies and procedures (Required) 4.Project management leadership experience in health care setting (such as hospital, payer, clearinghouse, public agency) (Required) 5.Project experience integrating technology into business operations to achieve compliance with laws/regulations while facilitating cultural and workflow changes (Required) 6.Project experience with diverse stakeholders, competing priorities and unstated political differences of opinion (Required) 7.Experience in complex, far reaching, multi-faceted health care initiatives (Highly Desired) 8.Experience in federal reporting and/or grant reporting (Highly Desired) 9.Experience with Commonwealth project management methodologies (Highly Desired) 10.Experience managing projects across agencies in a public sector organization (Highly Desired) 11.Experience communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels (Required) 12.Familiarity with the national health information network objectives and more specifically, the ONC and the ARRA HITECH provisions (Highly Desired) 13.Collaborative nature with ability to develop and manage diverse teams (Required) 14.Strong listening, writing and presentation skills(Required)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
