Erwin/Sybase Powerdesigner * Excellent communication skills ? interviewing, preparation and delivery of presentations and reports * Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients * Basic project planning experience * Exposure on ETL concepts , tools and process flow. * Responsible for developing and maintaining a formal description of the data and data structures - this can include data definitions, logical and physical data models, data dictionaries and understanding the source and target data and build the data mapping etc. * High level data architecture documentation. Development of a data strategy and design specifications. Strategy and design for managing History data * Ability to implement Change Data Capture in new or existing environments * Needs to make sure that data integration is based on a common metadata framework and that the integrated data is presented to the business as valid information. * Provide guidance on decisions that could affect future direction, such as where or how to implement a particular application and its supporting tables. * Ability to work independently and without supervision   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
