Description:
Exchange Mail Server Engineer
5 - 8 plus years of Exchange Server experience
Client-Server Experience a MUST

Skills needed:
Min Tier II and Tier III Exchange Server experience
Strong knowledge of Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013 would be a strong plus
System Administrator experience providing support and strong troubleshooting background is needed
Experience with Spam filtering and Pshing is important
Strong customer services skills
Documenting fixes for peers and Help Desk and policies
Design, Implement and Support messaging systems such as Exchange 2010, Lync, MobileIron, ActiveSync, email gateways
Must have experience in developing and enhancing messaging system policies and procedures
Must be experienced in handling incident management (restoration of service to customers) and problem management (root-cause analysis and elimination of core problem) for the messaging system
Must have skills to identify, resolve and document messaging system, network and other server problems
Must possess expertise in performance benchmarking of messaging systems and be skilled in the application of advanced network management and diagnostic tools for predictive analysis, trending, and problem resolution
Requires knowledge of OS internals, including memory, process, thread, and driver management
Requires knowledge an in-depth understanding of Microsofts Active Directory
Programming and/or scripting skills are also beneficial
Bachelors in Related Field; Tech. Certification desirable

Ability:
Should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and management
Ability to articulate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing
Ability to perform work within set services levels and with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
Ability to coordinate and implement ad-hoc and complex assignments
Must be capable of leading special projects and product evaluations
