Job Description Analyst: Help Desk, Professional Experience Working With Printer Hardware, Windows 7, XP, Remedy Ticketing Active Directory MCP

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst Include:

Provide assistance hardware and software assistance to users via phone
Provide support to Windows OS laptops and desktops
Utilize the Remedy ticketing system to assign tickets and track status
Re-set passwords in Active Directory
Troubleshoot workstation connectivity
Triage user issues and assign issue via Remedy to next level support staff.
Assign tickets to internal and external support staff

Required Skills/Experience:

3+ years professional experience providing support via phone
Hands on knowledge in resolving issues with PCs, Laptops, and Printers
Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and XP Operating Systems
Experience utilizing Remedy ticketing system
Experience utilizing Active Directory

Certification/Experience:

Microsoft MCP
