Job Description :

Gathers, and documents business requirements to support the design and development of technology and/or process solutions. Leverages relevant processes, technology, and subject matter experts to propose appropriate solution options. Clearly communicates issue resolution. Performs application maintenance and system configuration in support of solution delivery initiatives. 2-3 years.

Team: Retail Solution Support Team

This CW will report directly to the manager for ST services on the Retail Solution Support team. Theyll ultimately roll up to support the POS Technology organization for Starbucks.

The team normally has a ticket based intake, but these CW will be managing the phones and tickets. They will provide level 1-3 support for the stores (probably no more than 10 stores)

I need 3 POS analysts to assist in support and troubleshooting of HHPOS units for Pilot in Company owned stores. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Typical Day In The Role:

Duration: 3-4 months to start

Hours/ approximate shifts:

1. 4am to 1pm M-F

2. 1pm to 10pm M-F

3. 6am to 5pm Friday through Monday


Extension: Possible

Typical Day: Primary duties are phone support for POC stores. Inbound phone calls will be the primary method of troubleshooting. During this POC there will mainly be one analyst at a time assigned to the queue so being vigilant and communicating with co-workers regarding extended calls and breaks will be of the utmost importance

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

Must Have:

Call Center / Help Desk experience

Hardware and software configuration experience

Excellent Customer service

Nice to have:

POS Hardware / Software experience

Network cabling experience.

Candidate should have call center and or help desk experience.

Candidate should have basic network skills and experience with Wi-Fi connectivity

Attention to detail and the ability to document interactions accurately with the POC stores is critical.

POS Experience a plus but not required.
