Job Description : JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer IT, Rightfax Content Management Purpose: The Systems Engineer IT is responsible for interpreting and executing design specifications for the Rightfax application. This position is responsible for the building and maintenance of Rightfax, supporting project and maintenance initiatives, processing of incident resolution and mitigation. This position is also responsible for automating process routines and supporting root-cause analysis.
