The person will be responsible for responsive page design, graphic asset design/development, Front-End Development with JavaScript and CSS, wire frames, creation of UI elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the NCDOT Ferry unit. This contractor should have extensive experience creating public facing marketing websites, graphic editing, responsive design for all platforms, and page performance.
