Our client is searching for a Front End Developer for a long term contract. This resource will join another full-time Developer and support all of companys projects. The role will focus on visual front end design, mainly core html, CSS and some JavaScript. The Developer will work closely with the UX team that designs and develops interfaces as well as the back end development team. The Front End Developer will break down designs into working code and make them available to the back end development team. They will also be responsible for updating pattern libraries with new components and designs. Qualifications: 5+ years of strong front end development work with a focus on html and css Proficiency with JavaScript highly preferred Experience with SMACKCss or similar CSS offering sites Experience creating components using razor templates or similar Experience working in a .net, Azure environment preferred Experience with git, node, bootstrap, JQuery framework preferred Understanding on how to properly configure HTML5 for accessibility Understanding of what tabs to add to components to make them more accessible Experience working in an Agile/SaFE environment Familiarity with web services Must be onsite 5 days a week Portfolio/code sample required Onsite interview or Skype for out of town candidates   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
