Description :

Under general supervision, serves as assistant to Website Manager in maintaining and improving all agency websites in SharePoint environment.



Serves an expert in SharePoint development. Responsible for building innovative features, functionality and pages for the website.
Provide expert knowledge of web technology to develop visually aesthetic and user-friendly pages that adhere to latest web standards for desktop and mobile.
Responsible for routine web management tasks such as publishing content, creating graphics, troubleshooting issues and reviewing site for needed updates
Assist offices, content providers and consultants in managing their web content.



Qualifications:
Completion of a bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, graphic design or a related field from an accredited college or university or two years of experience in designing, editing, and maintaining a business web site.



Technical Competencies:

Expertise in SharePoint web development and management for large agency.

Experience in User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) development.
Experience maintaining internal and external websites.

Expert knowledge of the following web technologies: HTML5, HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and XML
Fundamental knowledge of web content management, website taxonomy and content layout principles
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Professional).

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience to work under the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines.
