Job Description Administrator: Html/Xhtml, SQL, SSIS, SSAS SSRS UAT

Description :

The Web Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning of system maintenance, identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring system performance and security, and troubleshooting issues of the Integrated Property Tax System (IPTS) system. Serves as a technical expert in managing and maintaining operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, and networking of both hardware and software. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in order to have a successful Implementation, Testing, and Production delivery.

Skills Required:

1. Expert Level: IIS 8.x, Windows Server 2012, Silverlight, HTML, XML, and Web Administration.
2. Intermediate Level: SQL Server Database, SharePoint 2013
3. Strong in web application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
4. System monitoring tools experience.
5. Experience in writing Windows server automation scripts.
6. Experience on SSIS, SSAS, SSRS administration is a plus.
7. Minimum of 10 years web administration and application technology support experience.
8. Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
9. Related certification in Microsoft preferred.

IPTS System Documentation

o Assist in finalizing technical documentation in preparation for system go-live and Production support
o Maintain an up-to-date system documentation

Maintenance
o Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
o Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
o Perform backup and file archival required by the ITO governance.
o Adhere to security governance by following user access request and maintenance processes.
o Updates in house tools to manage software and hardware inventory.
o Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
o Upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
o Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
o Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required during UAT and Production. Provide CPU, memory, and disk partitions requirements as required.
o Write scripting code to automate installation and configuration.
