Lead Cardinal Health towards best practices in the areas of Workforce planning as it relates to a work force made up of both internal and outsources employees. Employee data can be interfaced from the current HR management tool, but that tool is not configured for position based management. Review the current implementation of Hyperion Planning and assist in the enhancement of any current state configuration. Review the technical installation of Hyperion Planning and make recommendations to maximize application performance. Partner with Cardinal in the implementation of new business segments in the tools.
