Deliverables: 1. Install, build, configure, and test various Hyperion 11.1.1.x components in complex distributed unix/windows environment including but not limited to Hyperion Foundation Services, Reporting and Analysis, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Strategic Finance, Essbase, Interactive Reporting, Web Analysis, Financial Reporting 2. Testing each of the products in-depth, including performance testing, integration testing between interfacing systems, and performance tuning. 3. Support the process of identifying, diagnosing and solving existing process and system issues. 4. Create and maintain consistent and thorough documentation of all processes and procedures for supported applications. 5. Manage applications change/updates and software upgrades, set up new users with software and security access, & monitor capacity and usage of application and server. Skills: - Upgrade experience from 9.3.1.x to Hyperion 11.1.1.x is required - Reference checks necessary - Basic Product Knowledge of all the modules and their interactions/communications between each other is required. - Implementation experience in clustering load balancer, fail over and eliminate single point of failures in the designed system - Deep logical/technical troubleshooting skills to understand configuration in-detail and issue resolution is required.
