Will work as a n IAM technical auditor and quality control reviewer and reporting We are looking for technical IAM audit professionals with strong identity and access rights management, IAM onboarding process auditing and quality control. Previous technical information Access Management auditing, documenting IAM walkthroughs/reviews with technical stakeholders and leading MRAs & MRIAs remediation of issues and IAM regulatory findings. Ability to conduct complex IAM risks & control reviews and testing. Ability to be methodical I am performing technical audit fieldwork in IAM and strong verbal and writing communications skills to perform the review of peer work from a QC perspective. Able to capture, structure and articulate for regulators, auditors, business owners and technical application owners issues identified from technical audit reviews with well formulated remediation plans. A TRUE team player, who can collaborate with colleagues of different working styles and personalities. This is a fast moving environment with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables to be coordinated with a large and very busy stakeholders community. Perform/Guide and be hands-on support on risk assessment, control testing, integrate with IAM tools and partner with stakeholders diligently to address any gaps and provide timely recommendation and follow through closure of the remediation. Work within project timeline and assist stakeholders to better understand the requirements and guide them through completion. Major Responsibilities Functional IAM Business Analyst\Integrator\Admin in a support role for assisting the client in ensuring template completeness and verifying accuracy in data entries. Familiarity in performing negative testing and validating test cases. Process oriented with attention to detail ensuring accurate signoff of artifacts. • 2 to 4 years of work experience in Information Technology. o IT professional with IAM functional business analysis experience in supporting software applications for banking and insurance clients. • Additional skills considered, a very strong information Access Management Quality Control and testing. • Hands on experience of working on IAM tool • Good knowledge of Excel including Pivot, macros and ides for automation • Experience in Help Desk support (procedures/policies) is desirable • Functional Business Analyst who can work with all the application owners to reconcile all the data • Good understanding of segregation of duty concept • Good understanding of privileged account management • Analyze application entitlements and create SoD (Segregation of Duty) check rules • Manual testing experience/knowledge will be an advantage • IDM project experience is desirable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience • Financial services experience – Preferred banking industry and worked within IT department • Identity Access Management – Strong Knowledge and have demonstrated experience • Must-Have Skills • Good communication (   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
