Lead root cause analysis discussions centered on real time incident and problem management. Strong written and verbal communication skills to help drive roadmaps and IAM initiatives. Bachelors degree in a related field or work related equivalence. Technologies for Identity and Access Management Engineer: Extensive knowledge and work experience within IAM related functions and tools. Active Directory Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, Group Policy Management, and Federation Services. Privileged Access Management and/or Privileged Identity Management experience. Experience with CyberArk. Working experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA, and password vaulting systems and services.
