It is a large effort, with hundreds of outside agencies needing this assistance Required Skills: * Experience troubleshooting CISCO-specific as well as other network related issues with technical and non-technical end users. * Hands-on experience with CISCO 2811 Integrated Services Routers and IOS, 2800 software * Experience with CISCO IPSEC functions, Advanced Security Features, crypto maps, and IP access control lists (ACLs) * Experiencing interpreting network sniffer traces utilizing tools such as Wireshark (specific experience with Wireshark is preferred) * Experience with DNS including stub zones, host files and other implementations * Experience with browser settings and troubleshooting * Experience with general firewall exposure, rule sets, NAT, network ports and services * Experience with general network topologies and interconnectivity solutions * Experience with certificates and implementation * EXCELLENT communication skills required as there will be extensive troubleshooting via phone with technical and non-technical users.
