Job Description Architect: ISDM, IT Experience, Documentation, Stakeholders

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Consultant will work under the direction of the Agencys designated project manager or the Lead Applications Development Supervisor.
Monitor and collaborate on Division of IT Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) compliance. Work products will be in the Agency ISDM template format.
Provide software development programming estimates as directed.
Develop software applications in conformances with the adopted AHCA methodologies, standards, and practices.
Develop and execute software test plans as directed.
Develop software and application documentation conforming to AHCA standards.
Participate as directed in activities under the direction of an AHCA IT Project Sponsorship, including the respective IT Team Lead and stakeholders.
Abide by AHCA security policies when accessing the AHCAs buildings and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems.
Multi-tier Architecture-Three Layered Service Pattern
GIT-Microsoft Software Repository
Databases-SQL Server, Oracle
Code Source-TFS
.NET Library-MVC, .NET, XML – Web Services
IDE-Visual Studio .NET
Web Server-IIS
Language-C#, SQL Query
Front End-Java Script
Front End-Latest version HTML
Front End-Latest version CSS
Reports-SSRS
