Development of documentation for end users requires communicating complex ideas in simple terms and using software tools to create documents which may contain graphics, including charts and graphs. May coordinate the production of the document. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Eight or more years of technical writing experience. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Technical Writer capabilities with 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
