PROJECT: We are looking to take our self-service knowledge tool (Atlas) to the next level and bring in conversational chatbot to our MS Teams platform. Today it resides on a website but since all end users will be using that on a daily basis. This may also involved connecting into various APIs to have the chatbot obtain and display pertinent information to the person based on their search/discussion. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Previous conversational chatbot experience is ideal especially within MS Teams. Large organization experience would also be preferred as potentially 200k users could be using this so scalability while remaining stable it key. Various scripting languages to be able to tie in to multiple systems including our elastic search data that the self-service platform uses today. *** Cannot provide sponsorship upon conversion**** TEAM MAKEUP: a. Current team is 5 people. 2 developers, 1 developer/data scientist, 2 data scientists b. Developers code in various languages today to support our self service tool Atlas and other tools that have a backend of predictive analysis to provide value to our end users or their leaders. c. Data scientists are strong into machine learning algorithms, large data analysis, and other AI type solutions INTERVIEW PROCESS: a. How many rounds? On average 2 b. Video vs. phone? phone c. How technical will the interviews be? Ideally I would like to have a 30 minute slightly technical conversation with them prior to having a group interview thats more technical. They will get technical and have various team members that would be collaborating with them would join the interview if we are able to establish an hour.
