The manager will ship the laptop, if necessary. ***The max rate for this position is $210.00/hour. The project needs a custom PaaS/VBCS application to manage the security roles assignment process, including requesting a role, creating a help desk ticket, assigning a ticket to security admin, checking if a person has completed the necessary training required for a role, checking Segregation of Duties, and assigning roles. The contractor will work closely with the technical and business stakeholders to architect a modular, loosely coupled, and easy to maintain the application. The candidate will also be required to do knowledge transfer and train the technical team for supporting the application. Expected Skills: The applicant should have at least the following skills: Required Skills Years Minimal years of experience in IT. 15+ Minimal years of experience in architecting cloud applications in Oracle Cloud. 5+ Total experience in Extending Oracle ERP with tools like Oracle SOA Suite, SOACS, VBCS, PCS, JavaScript, OIC 10+ Experience with one or more of Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Visual Builder Cloud Service. 4+ Experience in full lifecycle delivery of one or more of the core technologies within the Oracle developer and integration product suites; SOA Suite, ODI, JCS/VBCS, OACS as well as good working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, and XML 4+ Experience as Technology Lead / Architect in the completion of two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle ERP Cloud 3+ Experience as Technology Lead / Architect in extending Oracle ERP using PaaS, specifically, VBCS, Java Cloud Service, as it relates to SaaS Applications 2+ Experience designing and building web based applications using Oracle tools 5+ Design and develop customization using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle Financial Cloud 2+ Experience Developing Integrations between Oracle Financials cloud and other Legacy applications using OIC/VBCS 3+ Understand the security framework on VBCS and its interaction with other applications 2+ Oracle technical experience in Oracle SaaS integration and PaaS with at least 3-4 of the following SaaS integration areas: FBDI - File Based Data Import, OIC based REST Web Services, SOA Suite/ICS/OIC/AIC, ODI, JCS/VBCS, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, OACS, SOAP Web Services, HCM Extracts, HDL - HCM Data Loader, Business Objects and Business Events, BI Publisher, OTBI - Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Page Customization, UCM - Universal Content Management, BPM - Business Process Management. 5+ Experience in the implementation, operations, and maintenance of an Oracle ERP Cloud and custom app development using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service. 2+ Experience with IT processes such as applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, and best practices using Oracle ERP Application R12. 10+ Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS 3+ Experience with providing knowledge transfer/training 3+ Desired skills: Desired Skills Years Bachelors degree in a field related to computer science or business administration preferred 4+ Proven ability and extensive experience gathering, understanding, and documenting business needs, translating them into requirements, and implementing solutions 4+ Experience in a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, JSON, and other API standards), and API-driven design. 2+ Should be able to provide solutions on DevOps tools for CI/CD, on-prem & on-cloud 2+ Expert level in SQL and PL/SQL 5+ Oracle Integration Clo   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
