Updated on current market and industry trends (utilizing appropriate vendor on site meetings, web searches, roadmaps, periodicals, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: REQUIRED ? Associate Degree in computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline and minimum of five (5) years experience in IT field related to the area of assignment OR ? Bachelors degree with minimum of (3) three years experience in IT field related to the area of assignment OR ? Equivalent combination of training and experience Note: All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Candidate Must Have the Following Additional Requirements: ? Mastery skills of the Microsoft Windows registry ? Working knowledge of client configurations for Novell and Windows Active Directory network operating systems ? Ability to build a Microsoft Windows XP workstation from scratch and configure it with network connectivity ? Working knowledge of the various Microsoft Office productivity suites, installation and problem management. ? Understanding of network communication protocols ? Ability to communicate technical jargon in written and oral form ? Excellent command of the English language ? Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
