This includes SAPs ERP systems and Ariba on Demand platform. - Directs multiple simultaneous projects/initiatives and may manage other internal or external project/program managers in the delivery of key initiatives. Understands project/program dependencies and manages accordingly to minimize risk. -Reviews, approves and ensures development and maintenance of all required project documents but not limited to including Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Requirements documents, Design documents, Input to architecture documents, Test Plan, Test results, Implementation Plans, Post Implementation and Lessons Learned, -Project schedules and budgets and Resource management plans -Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders in both the business and IT -Ensures organizational changes management (OCM) for projects is integrated in the project plan and has clear ownership and accountability. -Plays a key role in the development of the P2P multi-year roadmap -Provides weekly program status reports for each program. -Holds program status and other meetings as necessary. -Reviews and oversees management of the project schedule via the use of MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional 2010. -Reports schedule and budget variances -Creates and maintains SharePoint project site for each project within the EPM system. -Ensures there are high quality and well-maintained project schedules, baselines and estimates to complete program/project and reports variances. -Provides risk management plan, risk assessment and mitigation within a program/project. -Reports on ongoing issues and changes utilizing existing processes and templates and publishing reports within a program/project. -Creates and publishes weekly status report of activities, accomplishments, issues and action to resolve issues. --May create or coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) for Request for Proposals (RFPs) or other solicitations and associated vendor response evaluation. -Manages vendors in the delivery of projects and verifies the delivery of all documents from vendors as outlined in the SOW. -Coordinates SOWs for ongoing support services as necessary. *Special Skillset -Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent combination of work experience, training and education. -PMP Certified -At least twelve years hands-on IT Program and Project management experience from project initiation to implementation using formal project management methodologies and processes including both waterfall and iterative/Agile/Scrum -At least twelve years experience and significant experience in technology management, analysis and deployment. -Very strong oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts and situations to executive audiences. -Strong organizational skills and adept with tools to manage budgets, schedule and resources -Ability to drive results. Experience navigating difficult situations and managing varied stakeholders.
