Working with the Enterprise Services Manager, the Technical Specialist (Expert) is an InputAccel Capture Technical Specialist for the Intelligent Document Management Systems (IDMS) team working on our Enterprise Capture Solution to ensure we address the Customers immediate business needs. Included but not limiting this resource will be: ? Working with and Assisting the Enterprise Services Manager on developing Execution Plans. ? Assisting with coordination of the technical work efforts and ensuring deliverables are met. ? Advising on all the Build efforts across multiple work streams. The InputAccel Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in using OpenText/Captivas InputAccel software v16.6. The technical specialist position will also serve in a lead role in the application support team as well as provide technical application development work on the design/build, implement new capture capabilities for DMV Capture initiatives using OpenText/Captivas InputAccel software v16.6. On the various work streams the Lead Specialist will focus on the NCDOT business areas as well as any other initiatives defined by the Enterprise Services Manager. The resource will be expected to provide : • Professional Services application development and support of Intelligent Capture software for NCDOT customers • Business Analysis skills to capture and write effective requirements from the business stakeholder and convert these into technical specifications. • Installation and configuration of Intelligent Capture from an architecture perspective • Creating of Standard and Advanced Recognition capture flows using InputAccel v16.6 and testing those flows in our system test environment. • Work with our vendor partner, Revolution Data Systems to report problem/issues to RDS Help Desk and assist our team on the status of tickets. • Maintaining heath of our production system by keeping our environments current with upgrades, services packs and patches and responsible for testing all these changes in our respective tiers. • Provide technical expertise with respect to integration with other business applications. • Collaborate and coordinate the IT services needed with the various teams (Security, Network, Infrastructure, Operations, Client Services, Database and any other teams) to ensure successful delivery of the application solution support. • Will investigate problems and other requests for the application support team to determine appropriate actions to be taken to solve these problems. • Assist with the creation of site-specific help guides and training manuals. • Provide support to the InputAccel system team, in respect to the integration, installation and configuration of InputAccel software solution, all environments. • Assist the deployment of solutions by creating integration, installation and configuration documents.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
