Position Requirements: At least 8 - 10 years of technical work experience in IT. At least 4+ years of experience working with an iterative delivery environment. Two or more years of experience collaboratively leading an Agile team while possessing a solid understanding of Agile and Lean concepts, practices and Agile values. Insurance industry business knowledge. Possess good software delivery lifecycle experience. Maintaining Visual Management System. Able to collaborate build partnerships, decision making, be a team player, good communication, initiating action and negotiation skills. Experience in facilitating meetings. Experience in influencing and taking the team thru Agile transformation. Effective in planning, creating metrics, resource capacity and demand, tool management like Clarity, Quality Center, RTC and RRC. Able to handle multiple projects at a time. Able to lead the team without authority. Experience in technical problem solving. Desired Skills: To have application maintenance experience along with regular project delivery is a plus.
