Broad knowledge and/or hands on experience in multiple IT Services within the following areas: service desk, end user services (PCs, mobile technology, messaging), data center (server, storage, mainframe), network, voice, and cyber security Demonstrated success influencing others, conflict resolution, sound judgment in managing sensitive data Proven success in achieving outcomes through collaboration across the business Foundational IT/technical knowledge preferred (e.g. ability to understand Agile methodology, SDLC process).
