Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) • Six (6) plus years of extensive IT Project Management experience, agile implementation, automation, workflow, and reengineering experience. • Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Experience managing and deploying government projects, especially related to state procurement process/ procedure and have experience wirting/ analyzing requests for proposals and invitation to bids based on project and state requirements. • Have some knowledge of the services offered through Division of Motor Vehicles, including Driver Services, Registrations, Titles, Commercial Vehicle, Dealer and POE Operations. • Must be goal oriented and able to lead project sponsor, teams and partners to deliver all project goals and objectives on-time and on-budget. • Exhibits excellent business organizational skills and is highly experienced at negotiatimg for project resources. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to customers, sponsors, management, programmers, vendors and partners. • Strong conceptual and planning skills. • Multi-project experience at planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating complex, enterprise projects.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
