Candidates must have access to a web-camera equipped computer at the scheduled interview for interviews not conducted in person. • Manages one or more projects simultaneously utilizing Scrum-Agile and PMBoK principles, as appropriate. This will include the planning, development, procurement, implementation and evaluation of large, complex technology projects. The ideal candidate should be experienced in agile system development lifecycle and business analysis methodology, extensive knowledge and experience in analysis, project execution, prioritization and business process management to drive to successful project completion. • Manages project activities of contractor/state FTEs and provide direction to large diverse project teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of all project artifacts in adherence to established DMV and PMO standards and procedures. This individual will also act as a liaison between the state and any service delivery third party vendor. They shall ensure that all project engagement rules are adhered to and that quality project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. •Facilitates the operational efficiency of the business processes within the Division, ensuring adoption of newly designed processes and use of enhanced information technology tools. •Identification of business process improvement opportunities through collaborative requirement gathering. •Captures current state and design future state so that it aligns with business goals and objectives while looking for ways to streamline and reduce cost or time to deliver final products. •Elicits requirements and aggregate input from stakeholders and county partners, and subsequently translate those requirements into epics, features, and user stories that can be used for product development and/or implementation. •Responds to user feedback and production defects, assisting operations with training materials, coordinating communications with internal stakeholders, and measuring product performance and usage. Agency Expected Deliverables • Responsible for all artifacts associated with planning, development, implementation and evaluation of multiple ongoing DMV projects, using Agile principles. • Works with other project managers to complete project objectives. • Consults with DMV and ETS (IT) management and stakeholders to define project requirements including project scope, budget, resources and system requirements. • Ensures products and artifacts conform to ITD IT enterprise standards and security requirements. • Participates in assessment of vendor contracts and serves as liaison between DMV and third party vendors. • Oversees the project related management of contractors/state staff and ensures compliance. • Conducts study or survey on need or problem to obtain data required for solution • Analyzes data to determine solution, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services. • Provides documentation according to agency standards. Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) 1. Six (6) plus years of extensive IT Project Management experience, agile implementation, automation, workflow, and re-engineering experience. 2. Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) 3.
