Analyze problems to determine the root cause of any reported issues. Answer customer questions and provide written explanations of a given issue using non-technical terms. Provide guidance on software functionality and modifications. Make software modifications based on the customers needs. Must be able to create and execute test plans, provide implementation plans with detailed rollout and back-out instructions. Provide regular updates to customers on open support issues. Document any repeatable procedures for others to follow. Be able to use the incident management system to create incidents, problems and change requests. Document incidents, problems and change requests clearly and in great detail. Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Application Support Services team members. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines. Perform afterhours support as required. Ability to create SOPs, document processes and to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
