ESPM is tasked with rationalizing and optimizing the technology portfolio to provide improved service, simplification, and cost reduction to WFT business and process owners. This position will be part of the team within ESPM responsible for consolidating and transforming Wells Fargo ITIL services onto the ServiceNow platform. This role will include overseeing the analysis required to effectively transition overlapping functionality from legacy applications to the target state ServiceNow platform. Experience with ServiceNow implementation, migration, and integration is required. Minimum Educational Qualification: College Graduation Degree - 4 years Total Work Experience: 8-10 years Relevant Work Experience Experience with ServiceNow implementation, migration, and integration is required Any certifications: ITIL Foundations certification required Job Duties and Responsibilities Primary (75% of the time) Understand product features being enabled within ServiceNow rollout Analysis of current state vs future state (in alignment with ServiceNow feature rollout) Document remaining features not aligned to ServiceNow feature rollout Create remediation plan for remaining features (timing, target state / interim state, resources) Partner with stakeholders to obtain consensus on remediation plan For tools that have been fully deprecated, oversee sunset process Identify metrics and KPIs for objectives Secondary (25% of the time) Measure and monitor progress towards objectives Provide executive level status reporting Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to organize and drive completion of tasks Demonstrated success in leading and managing a diverse team Skilled in plan execution, pushing through obstacles, and driving stakeholders to complete action items Comfortable operating within an Agile environment Experience with ServiceNow implementation, migration, and integration is required Subject matter expertise in the majority of the following ITIL processes: Service Portfolio Management Request Fulfillment Service Catalog Management Service Desk Knowledge Management Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Configuration Management Asset Management Vulnerability Management Consulting experience preferred Job Duties and Responsibilities for analyst position: Primary (75% of the time) Understand product features being enabled within ServiceNow rollout Subject matter expertise in the majority of the following ITIL processes (with experience supporting areas in bold): Service Portfolio Management Request Fulfillment Service Catalog Management Service Desk Knowledge Management Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Configuration Management Asset Management Vulnerability Management Analysis of current state vs future state (in alignment with ServiceNow feature rollout) Document remaining features not aligned to ServiceNow feature rollout Secondary (25%   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
