Description:* 48588Title: Application Infrastructure Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day production support of approximately 15 Fraud and AML applications (guiding the team through resolution if they break). • Responsible for SLA adherence of all applications. • Collaborating and partnering with Delivery Team resources (one level blow, peer, and one level up). • Oversight of Delivery Teams (holding them accountable). • Review/approve all changes which will be implemented into production. • Produce/review production reporting. • Lead meetings around the Production Support space. Basic Qualifications: • Experience supporting production applications and their underlying infrastructure. • ITIL experience (full understanding and practical hands-on experience with Change, Incident, Problem). • Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) background and experience. • Willingness to work non-business hours as needed for critical production issues. • Strong communication skills. Preferred skills: • Experience supporting applications running Java, .Net, COBOL/Mainframe (including experience with CA-7). • Experience supporting applications running the following OSs: AIX/Unix/Linux, Windows. • Experience supporting applications running the following DBs: DB2-Mainframe, DB2-Server, SQL-Server, Oracle. • Financial/banking industry experience. • Prior management experience. • Process improvement experience. • Experience in leading large-scale complex projects from beginning to end. • Flexible and adaptable to ever-changing critical needs/issues. • Interest, passion, and support experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud, Open Banking/APIs/MicroServices.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
