Responsible for developing nd executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality interfaces to a new ITIL software application. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Documents all Interface problems and assists in their resolution. The ideal candidate is a college graduate with Computer Science or similar technical degree and would have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience with: Testing Web Technologies or web-based scripting technology (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Testing Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies Understanding of enterprise IT architecture Working knowledge of relational databases Use of testing tools such as Mercury Quality Center Experience in these areas is a plus: Testing Web Services integrations Experience with Service-Now.com configuration or implementation Experience testing other SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
