The role is for a technical manager with excellent planning and communication skills to manage multiple environments and release cycles for a large suit of applications. Essential Skills and Experience: Must have specialized skills in environment and change management Must have worked in a .NET, web-based application environment ITIL experience and qualifications: Release Management, Environment Management and Change Management Software delivery, architecture and hardware technical knowledge Strong MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong technical background Experience and knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management Experience in planning, estimating, staffing and managing projects Experience of environment planning and management Experience of managing data migration projects Experience in data refreshes across environments Key Tasks and Deliverables for Environment Management Manage development, test, stage, demo, training and production environments to ensure projects progress smoothly, including initial build and delivery of the environments. Ensure relevant control standards and governance are documented, communicated and adhered to in accordance with company standards. Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders to plan environment requirements and usage. Implement robust processes to manage and communicate the usage of all environments. Communicate environment planning to relevant stakeholders. Plan environment refreshes and code migration across environments. Manage environment conflicts due to environment availability and usage issues. Plan and coordinate maintenance and implementation of hardware/software.
